Clarke Ryan

Clarke Ryan has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Clarke currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Spirent Communications since May 2015. Prior to this, they were the Director, Engineering at DSPCon from July 2010 to April 2015. Clarke also held the position of VP, Engineering at Planet Associates from July 2009 to August 2010 and at Sonus Networks from January 2007 to December 2008. Clarke's career includes roles such as VP Voice Processing at NMS Communications from 2001 to 2006, Director, Signal Processing at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs from 1996 to 2001, CTO, Transmission Systems at AT&T Bell Labs from 1992 to 1996, and Director, European Transmission Laboratories at AT&T Bell Labs from September 1989 to 1992. Clarke began their career in transmission product development at Bell Labs in 1977.

Clarke Ryan holds a BSEE degree from Columbia Engineering and also has an MSEE degree from the same institution.
