Cliff Bailey, CSM, has extensive experience in engineering and leadership, currently serving as System Engineer Director and previously as Applications Support Manager at Spirent Communications since November 2006. Prior to this role, Cliff held the position of First Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserve from 1988 to 2014 and worked as a Development Engineer at Precision Graphics from 1991 to 1997. Cliff's educational background includes studies at Kean University from 1989 to 1993, DeVry from 1985 to 1990, and attendance at Cardinal Gibbons and Oakland Mills High School.
