Jeff Johnson

Jeff Johnson has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jeff started their career as a 4-H and Youth Development professional at NC State - College of Agriculture and Life Sciences in 1985. Jeff then worked as a Software Engineer at Simmons Precision Products before joining Star Technologies, Inc. as a Project Engineer and Software Engineering Manager. In 1995, they became a Principal Engineer and Project Lead at AAI Corporation.

In 1997, Jeff joined Wind River Systems, Inc. as a Field Applications Engineer and later took on the role of Professional Services Manager, where they established the Professional Services business in the Southeast Region. Jeff also served as the Regional Engineering Manager and Director of Field Engineers during their time at Wind River Systems.

After leaving Wind River Systems in 2005, Jeff worked as a Project Manager at RTI International. Jeff then joined The Fanfare Group, Inc. as the CEG Manager for Americas East & EMEA, responsible for managing customer engagement for the company.

In 2011, Jeff joined Spirent Communications and held several leadership positions including Director of APT Automation Solutions Engineering and Delivery, Director of Network Solution Specialists & Professional Services, Director of Lifecycle Service Assurance (LSA) Professional Services, and Director of Service Delivery Partner. Jeff is currently the Sr. Director of Business Operations Automated Test & Assurance and the Sr. Director of CSO Partnership, where they focus on ensuring successful delivery of solutions to customers and building partnerships with major accounts.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer satisfaction skills. Jeff has consistently driven revenue growth, developed strategic partnerships, and delivered high-quality services.

Jeff Johnson attended North Carolina State University from 1981 to 1985, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
