Melissa Temple

Melissa Temple is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Systems Engineering at Spirent Communications, Melissa leads a scalable team of pre-sales Systems Engineers while providing guidance in networking technologies and sales strategies. Previously, at T-Mobile, Melissa directed a 24-person engineering team and oversaw operations and data quality. Additional roles include Director of Operations at Guavus, where a knowledge management program was developed, and various management positions at Sprint, focusing on project management and network performance reporting. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University.
