Michael Weidemann has extensive experience in technical support and systems administration, currently serving as a Technical Support Manager and previously as a Senior System Engineer at Spirent Communications since April 2001. In this role, Michael provides support for hardware and software systems on remote network test systems and troubleshoots complex telephony test systems and Spirent applications. Prior to Spirent, Michael worked as a Systems Administrator/Analyst at BellSouth Telecommunications from July 1998 to 2001, where responsibilities included creating automated performance tracking reports using Visual Basic and writing OQS Queries in WFA DO/DI databases. Michael holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Systems from Strayer University-Maryland, earned in 2019.
