Patrick Barry

Patrick Barry is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in solutions marketing and strategic communications. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Solutions Marketing at Spirent Communications since February 2021, Patrick drives initiatives for next-generation telecom solutions, including 5G and SD-WAN. Prior to this role, Patrick operated as a Marketing Consultant and Author at P.S. Barry Enterprises, LLC, where development of diverse marketing materials supported technology sales for clients such as Symi Foundation and T2 Tech Group. Notably, Patrick also held various positions at Spirent Communications from September 2003 to December 2014, advancing from Product Manager of Education Services to Solutions Marketing Manager, focusing on test automation and global service offerings. Patrick's writing expertise includes serving as Senior Marketing Writer/Editor at Gurucul, where contributions to the book "Borderless Behavior Analytics" earned recognition from GovTech magazine. Patrick is an alumnus of Amherst College.
