Rafiq

Md Abdur Rafiq is an experienced telecommunications engineer with a robust background in project leadership and technology consulting, currently serving as a Project Lead Engineer for Spirent Communications on the AT&T account since September 2019. Rafiq has held various significant roles at AT&T Labs, contributing as a Project Lead and Principal Core Engineer, focusing on national and regional packet core systems, test requirement analysis, and 3GPP compliance. Prior experience includes engineering positions at T-Mobile USA, Grameen Phone Limited-Telenor ASA, and Pacific Bangladesh Telecom Limited, with responsibilities ranging from network performance analysis to database engineering. Rafiq holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
