Robert Dunlap is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, customer service, and technical support engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence and TaaS at Spirent Communications since May 2022, Robert has been recognized with Spirent's Excellence Award and is responsible for managing the business intelligence strategy for a $600M business unit. Previously, Robert was Head of Global Customer Service at octoScope (now Spirent), spearheading significant revenue growth and efficiency improvements. Earlier roles include Senior Manager at ARRIS/CommScope, where Robert led technical support teams and earned the ARRIS Star Award, and various engineering positions at Motorola and other firms. Robert holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an AS in Mathematics & Science from Schenectady County Community College.
