Ron Royer

Ron Royer is a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect at Spirent Communications, with over two decades of experience in mobility network assurance focusing on 4G and 5G networks. Since joining Spirent in October 2000, Ron has held various roles, including Senior Member of Technical Staff, where responsibilities included integrating client networks with Spirent's Landslide platform and ensuring compliance with carrier specifications in multiple advanced communication areas. As a Group Manager, Ron led a team of engineers in developing the Spirent SR3420 UMTS Network Emulator and has a background in software development and CDMA micro base station technology from Motorola. Ron holds a BSEE from South Dakota State University and has pursued advanced studies in Computer Science Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington.
