Steve Pendleton

Steve Pendleton has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Professional Services in Resource Management and Resident Engineering at Spirent Communications since April 2009. Responsibilities include managing a custom scripting team and overseeing a resident engineer program that enhances product adoption through onsite engineering and automated test suite creation for key customers. Prior to Spirent, Steve spent nearly a decade at Nortel in various leadership and support roles, including WiMax System Test Team Leader, where management of large terminal labs and test scheduling were key duties. Other roles included Senior Support Engineer and GSM Solutions Test Team Leader, focusing on product verification and customer management. Early career experience includes serving as a Technical Associate at NBTel, contributing to the planning and design of a new ATM network in Atlantic Canada. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and completed a service strategies program in 2011.
