Tim Dillard is a seasoned Field Test Engineer with extensive experience in AGPS E911 field testing. Since September 2011, Tim has been with Spirent Communications, conducting E911 A-GPS functionality tests on pre-production wireless devices in live network conditions, particularly in the greater San Francisco area. Prior to this role, Tim served as an AGPS Field Test Engineer at Metrico Wireless, contributing to the testing efforts that are now part of Spirent Communications. Tim's foundational experience includes a tenure at Kyocera Wireless Corp., where responsibilities included executing customer test plans and providing technical support during acceptance testing for Virgin Mobile USA. Additional early experience as an Assembler/Tester at Xenonics Holdings involved assembling and testing Night-hunter ONE flashlights. Tim holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
