Warren Barnes

Warren Barnes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Warren currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Spiridon Technologies, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to this, Warren was the President of Battle Mountain Advisory Group, starting in January 2017.

From 2012 to 2016, Warren worked at Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc., where they held multiple roles. Warren served as a Board Member from July 2013 to December 2016, and in the same period, they were the President and CEO. Additionally, from July 2012 to June 2013, Warren served as the Chief Financial Officer, leading the company through its public listing and overseeing the integration of acquired operations.

Before joining Pivot Technology Solutions, Warren held the position of CFO at Applied Computer Solutions from September 2006 to May 2012. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Commercial & CFO at GKN Aerospace from September 2000 to May 2006.

Warren's career began at Honeywell in 1983, where they served as a Controller until 1998. Warren also held the same position at Allied-Signal during the same period.

Warren Barnes earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Marketing from the College of Business at California State University-Long Beach, where they studied from 1980 to 1982. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they successfully completed from 1990 to 1992.
