Nicholas LaColla

Nicholas LaColla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nicholas is currently working as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Spirion since December 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded LVL UP Dance + Fitness in 2016 and serves as a Co-Founder. From January 2022 to December 2022, Nicholas worked as the Director of Customer Success at Olive.

In their previous tenure at Spirion, Nicholas held multiple positions. From December 2018 to September 2019, they served as the Director of Customer Support. Before that, they were a Director of Customer Success from September 2016 to December 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Engineering Manager from April 2015 to September 2016, and as a Senior Sales Engineer from February 2013 to April 2015.

Earlier in their career, Nicholas worked at the University of South Florida. From August 2009 to February 2013, they were a Digital Media Coordinator. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Technician from August 2001 to 2009.

Nicholas LaColla completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies at the University of South Florida in 2015. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. Nicholas received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in June 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from the same institution in July 2020.
