Illés Akadémia Spirt or IAS for short is one of the leading brands in hungarian esport. The team was founded by Oliver Szabella an ex Rainbow 6: Siege player. IAS currently deals with various of teams including the biggest esport titles such as Valorant, Rainbow 6, CS:GO and LOL.

The team was built with the desire to provide a continuous brand in Hungary which represents safety and trust for the partners, players and any other stakeholders in the industry.

The team was named Spirit Esports originally, but later on with the joining of one of the elite football academys of Hungary, Illés Akadémia, the esport work could level up as well and the team got the name IAS. The name "spirit" stood with the team, because thats what represents the continuity and safety which was missing from the hungarian market.

The professional help of the sport industry makes this cooperation the most professional ever created sport science wise in Hungary.

Our main goal at IAS is to create opportunites for hungarian talents, and help them on their road to success with the help of the proven methods of the sports science as well as with the competent leadership and company structure.
