Spirit Origin is a vertically integrated specialty coffee company rooted in Honduras, built around one principle: origin integrity.

Formerly Spirit Animal Coffee, Spirit Origin represents an evolution, from sourcing exceptional coffees to creating one of Central America’s largest immersive specialty coffee destinations in Roatán, Honduras.

We work directly at origin.
We operate green processing partnerships.
We roast in-house.
We run a coffee lab.
We host a 21-seat Coffee Omakase experience.
We distribute wholesale globally.

Our Roatán flagship combines a luxury coffee shop, curated dining concept (From the Roots), and a guided Coffee Omakase program, including exclusive access to Honduras’ #1 and #2 Cup of Excellence winning lots.

Sustainability is operational, not decorative. We are transitioning to fully compostable packaging and investing in local training programs for women and youth to create long-term economic impact at origin.

Spirit Origin exists to elevate Honduran coffee on the global stage, not as a commodity, but as craft, culture, and experience.
