Cecil Horwitz

Cecil Horwitz is the current Vice President of Business & Ethos at Spiritleaf. Cecil has an extensive background in business, having founded and operated Whole Family Health, the first and only clinic with board certified members of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM) in Alberta. Cecil grew Whole Family Health to a $3M annual revenue business with 7 practitioners before selling the business in 2018.

Cecil's business career began at Watchit!, a family-owned watch company, where Cecil served as Director of Business Development. Cecil was instrumental in expanding Watchit! from one store to 32 locations, 10 corporate and 22 franchised. Cecil created and implemented strategies for operating a one-of-a-kind watch business, first to create an exclusive watch only retail experience.

Cecil Horwitz has a degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the University of Alberta. Cecil also has a mind-body medicine program from the Benson Henry Institute at MacEwan University. Cecil's field of study is acupuncture and Oriental medicine. Cecil also has a traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese herbology degree from Harvard University.
