Naama Karp

Naama Karp is currently the Organizational Development Manager at SPIRITT and serves as the Executive Director of Staff. With a background in youth management, Naama previously held roles such as Head of the Youth Division at Zikhron Ya'akov Local Council and Project Manager at DNAidea. They have extensive experience in leadership development, budget management, and partnerships within community organizations. Naama holds an MA in Consulting Organizations from Bar-Ilan University and has completed a certificate program in Coaching.
