Spiritual Earth - Where Wellbeing and Performance Meet

The world of wellbeing can feel like a vast and confusing buffet - widely different approaches, hacks, quick fixes - and one-size-fits-all answers that don't work. We bring clarity, structure, and measurable progress to how people and organisations build real resilience and sustained performance.

Founded by Calodagh McCumiskey, an accredited master practitioner in Wellbeing & Coaching and former humanitarian leader, Spiritual Earth was forged in high-pressure environments - war zones, natural disasters and complex emergencies. Wellbeing isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s a lifeline. Under pressure, healthy boundaries, clear minds, and quality recovery aren’t optional - they’re essential.

What we do

Leadership & Team Programmes: Mental and emotional fitness, psychological safety, focus, and decision making in critical situations.

Keynotes & Workshops: Evidence-based, story-led sessions tailored to your context.

Executive & Professional Coaching: Practical, accountable support to reduce unhealthy stress, sharpen focus, and sustain momentum - and recover from and prevent burnout.

Strategy & Advisory: Embed wellbeing into culture and operations so performance and people thrive together.

Meditation: Different styles to suit different moods, mindsets, goals and lifestyles

Retreats: Rest, reset, and realign - designed for leaders and teams.

How we do it:
At the heart of our work is Calodagh’s 12 Pillar Framework of Wellbeing - a comprehensive, adaptable model that meets people where they are and moves them forward, step by step. We blend ancient wisdom (Eastern philosophy, meditation) with modern science and psychology to create grounded, practical tools that fit real lives and busy workplaces.

The outcomes

Reduced unhealthy stress; stronger resilience

Clearer decisions in critical moments

Better sleep, recovery and sustained energy

Greater focus, connection and purpose

Space to solve what’s blocking progress
