Michael Touma

Michael Touma, MBA, is an experienced operations and production manager with a robust background in manufacturing and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at SPIROL since January 2018, Michael oversees the production of fasteners and components aimed at enhancing assembly processes for international markets. Prior roles include Production Manager at Windsor Mold Inc., focusing on automotive plastic components, and similar positions at Zekelman Industries and Dakkota Integrated Systems, where Michael managed production in various manufacturing settings. Beginning a career at FedEx as Regional Sort Operations Manager, Michael has developed expertise in operational efficiency and project management, supported by a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
