Spiro’s Brands has been serving Greek food in Palm City since 2007. As demand for our great food increased, in 2011 we expanded into St. Lucie West and into Vero Beach in 2015. In 2018 we established our commissary and launched our franchising efforts. Our commissary model allows our franchisees to have access to authentic Greek recipes and ingredients while reducing the equipment costs and culinary expertise required at the franchised locations.
