Will Essner

Will Essner has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Spitzer Industries, Inc. since May 1998, where responsibilities include planning and directing activities with a strong emphasis on safety and fabrication performance. Prior to this role, Will served as the Director of Projects at the Tanner Division, overseeing project management functions and supporting project managers with administrative coordination. Will started the professional journey at SRS/ISI Refrigeration from August 1992 to May 1998 as a Designer, generating IFC drawings for fabricated refrigeration packages primarily for the oil and gas industry.
