Joetta Arceneaux

Joetta Arceneaux, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Joetta is currently working as the Human Resources Director at SPL, a leading independent outsourced TIC services provider. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists, where they managed a large team of specialists and support staff. Additionally, Joetta has held positions such as Senior Manager Human Resources at Sutherland Global Services, Corporate Human Resources Manager at ALS Group, and Human Resources Manager at BAUER-Pileco Inc. Joetta also worked as a Sr HR Generalist/Recruiter at Metals USA and as a Staffing Manager at HR Staff Search. Joetta started their career at LabCorp as a Sr HR Consultant.

Joetta Arceneaux, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University. Prior to their university education, Joetta attended Stratford High School. In 2009, they earned the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the same institution in March 2009.
