Stephanie Owens

Stephanie Owens is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Measurement Allocations Processing Lead at SPL since December 2024. With a background that includes roles as a Treasury Analyst and Senior Production Accountant at CAMS, and prior experience as a Production Accountant and Software Integration Tech at Hilcorp, Stephanie has developed extensive skills in oil and gas volume allocation, regulatory report filing, and the supervision of junior accountants. Stephanie's career commenced in production allocation analysis at SPL, where a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy was key. Previous positions include administrative roles at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and Life Gift Organ Donation Center, as well as project assistance in business development at CH2M HILL. Academically, Stephanie is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance at the University of Houston-Downtown, following an AAS in Computer Networking - Cyber Security from Houston Community College. Military service as a Security Forces member in the United States Air Force further complements a diverse skill set.
