Stephen Anson

Stephen Anson is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a diverse background in measurement operations and analytics. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at SPL since April 2025, Stephen oversees the operational strategy and performance within the Energy Division. As the Owner of Anson Analytical Measurement Solutions, LLC, since February 2020, Stephen provides consulting services and innovative solutions for measurement challenges. Prior roles include Director of Measurement at W Energy Software, and Director, Measurement & Allocation at WaterBridge, where Stephen managed measurement operations and technology implementations. With previous experience at Extraction Oil & Gas, Emerson, Noble Energy, WPX Energy, Hess Corporation, and Southern Flow Companies, Stephen has consistently demonstrated expertise in measurement systems, data management, and compliance within the energy industry.
