Tracy Chan

Tracy Chan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the music and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Splash and holding the position of Secretary and Executive Board Member at the Music Business Association, Tracy has previously worked as a Strategic Advisor and Chief Content Officer at SoundCloud. Notably, Tracy led music initiatives at Twitch as VP, Head of Music, where efforts focused on creating live experiences for artists and fans. Prior roles include Product Director at Spotify, where Tracy launched Spotify for Artists, and Founder and CEO of CrowdAlbum, which documented concert experiences. Tracy's early career encompassed significant positions at YouTube and Google, solidifying a strong foundation in product management and analytics. Tracy holds a BS and BA in Management Science and Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts from UC San Diego.
