Benjamin Hopkinson is the current Chief Financial Officer at Splash Damage. Benjamin has overseen the relocation of the company to a new 25,000 square foot facility, and has upgrade the company's core network to support increased load on their Virtualised Tiered Storage and VMware Infrastructure. Additionally, Hopkinson is responsible for group-wide IT Corporate Services & infrastructure for three companies with distinct requirements.

Hopkinson is also a member of the Operations Board at Splash Damage, where they work towards establishing company culture, values and increasing morale. Some of their key projects in this role include defining strategies & targets for industry leading levels of Pay & Benefits, Values based hiring process, Long Service Awards, Social Events, and 20% time.

Benjamin Hopkinson has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bristol. Their field of study was physics, with a specialization in particle physics specifically the CMS (Compact Muon Solenoid) experiment at CERN's LHC (Large Hadron Collidor). Their thesis involved writing the L1 and L2 Hadron and Energy Calorimeters in VHDL to spot and therefore record interesting interactions in the accelerator in real time.
