Steve Hessel

Steve Hessel has a diverse work experience in community management, web development, and user experience roles. Steve started their career as a Webmaster at United Developers, LLC in 2001 before moving on to roles such as Community Relations Manager at Ritual Entertainment in 2002. Steve then founded SH Media Solutions in 2006 before transitioning to Splash Damage as a Community Relations Manager in 2007. Steve later worked at WarChest as a Lead Community Manager before returning to Splash Damage in various UX/UI and leadership roles, ultimately becoming the VP of People in 2019.

Steve Hessel attended 1. Polytechnische Oberschule Rostock from 1988 to 1992 and Friedrich-Abel-Gymnasium from 1992 to 2000.
