Chief Impact Officer at Splash

Chris Nicoletti is currently the Chief Impact Officer at Splash. Before that, they were the Global Director of Evidence & Analytics at iDE from August 2015 to October 2019. In that role, they were responsible for business development and fundraising by leading on technical partnering, supporting technical content and program design for large bids, and nurturing key prospects. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Impact & Analytics at iDE from October 2019 to November 2022. In that role, they ensured that iDE’s full technical expertise and capacities are considered during co-creation processes and inception phases of strategic projects - most recently in blockchain applications, circular economy and plastic waste, market systems resilience and pastoralist livelihoods. Chris also supported iDE's Executive Team in executing iDE’s technical strategy - at the project-, country-, sectoral- and global levels.

Chris Nicoletti has a M.S. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from Linfield University. Chris also has certification from Opportunities Unlimited B.V. in Making Women’s Economic Empowerment & Social Inclusion Systemic, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in Human Research Protection Training, from Edward Tufte in Analyzing/Presenting Data/Information, and from Acumen Academy in Human Centered Design.
