Megan Williams

Director, Behavior Change at Splash

Megan Williams currently serves as the Director of Behavior Change at Splash, an organization that partners with local communities to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world. Williams has over eight years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, specializing in program design, staff management, budgeting, and evaluation.

Williams began their career as a Nutrition Educator with Food $ense, a federally funded program that teaches youth and adults with limited incomes to develop skills and behaviors to eat healthfully. In this role, Williams developed curriculum and provided hands-on nutritional education to elementary students.

In April 2011, Williams joined Pencils of Promise as the Programs Manager. In this role, they served as an advisor to the Guatemala and Ghana country offices, managed the department budget, and evaluated the success of the program. There were four key programs under their supervision: teacher training, community engagement, student scholarships, and WASH education.

Williams’ extensive experience in the nonprofit sector has equipped their with the skills necessary to successfully lead Splash’s behavior change initiatives.

Megan Williams has a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Western Washington University.

They are on a team with Anna Lin Mitchell - Chief Financial Officer, Cyndie Berg - Chief Partnership Officer, and Humaira Wakili - Chief Operating Officer. Megan Williams reports to Eric Stowe, Founder & Chief Executive Officer.
