Since the foundation of the business in 2000, Splash Projects has worked with 70,000 participants on 500+ projects across 38 countries, valuing an estimated £20m for around 150 recipient charities. 

We are world leaders in the delivery of bespoke learning and development programmes for business professionals and business school students through purposeful, sustainable, community projects.  

Our clients specify their learning and development objectives which are addressed in their projects to drive individual and team success and ultimately business or academic prosperity. 

Splash Projects bridges the gap between the business world and not-for-profit organisations or charities, giving businesses the opportunity to fulfil their corporate social responsibility ambitions and business school students the opportunity to experience social impact first-hand. 

Motivated by ‘purpose’ and ‘impact’, our vision is to drive meaningful social and sustainable change, promoting health and social wellbeing and addressing inequality. All our projects support at least one of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
