Tracy Chan

Tracy Chan is a seasoned executive in the music and technology industries, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Splash and as Secretary and Executive Board Member of the Music Business Association. Previously, Tracy held multiple leadership roles at SoundCloud, including Strategic Advisor, Chief Content Officer, and SVP of Creator, focusing on building a new music economy for artists. As VP, Head of Music at Twitch, Tracy led initiatives in Music Product, Engineering, and Licensing while forging significant partnerships within the industry. Additionally, Tracy was Product Director at Spotify, where notable projects included launching Spotify for Artists and leading various analytics initiatives. Tracy's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by founding CrowdAlbum, which created visual histories of concerts. Early career experiences at ngmoco, YouTube, and Google further established a strong foundation in product management and analytics. Tracy earned a BS and BA in Management Science and Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts from UC San Diego.
