Morgan S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1992, Morgan worked at The Walt Disney Company as the Vice President of New Media and Business Development until 2000. Following that, Morgan joined Palm, Inc. as the Director of Strategic Alliances and Business Development from 2000 to 2002. Morgan then moved on to Mobile Digital Media/Quickoffice as the General Manager from 2002 to 2006.

In 2006, Morgan became the Chairman and CEO of SplashData. Morgan also served as an advisor and Chief Digital Officer at Frost & Sullivan from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, Morgan was a Partner at UP2398, and from 2019 onwards, Morgan became the Founder and Director of Bronco Ventures at Santa Clara University Bronco Venture Accelerator.

In 2021, Morgan joined Santa Clara Ventures as a General Partner, and in 2023, Morgan became a General Partner at Santa Cruz Ventures. Morgan's work experience showcases a strong background in business development, strategic alliances, and venture capital.

Morgan S. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Stanford University, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. They further pursued their studies at Stanford University and earned a Master of Arts degree in International Policy Studies from 1991 to 1993.
