SPLASHForward is the community advocacy group, aquatics thought leader and private funding partner spearheading the advocacy efforts to bring a public world class financially sustainable regional aquatics center and satellite facilities to the Eastside. We aim to go beyond meeting the aquatics and wellness needs of the community. We envision an accessible, culturally inclusive, operationally efficient and vibrant hub built on a foundation of lasting local partnerships for many generations to come. 

Our advocacy serves the broad aquatic needs of the region for a full range of fitness, recreation, health, wellness, and competitive aquatics programs for all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Imagine…
• Every child in our community water safe with access to affordable Learn to Swim programs and a year round indoor oasis for safe, inclusive, and healthy family oriented programming.
• ONE indoor 50 meter training and competition facility that ALL four Bellevue High School Swim, Dive and Water Polo teams could, for the first time in history, call ‘HOME’ hosting not only High School Dual, District, Conference, and Invitational meets, but also regional and state meets for Special Olympics, Water Polo Tournaments/Championships, Artistic Swimming Meets and training camps. 
• Access to affordable aquatics and dry land programming including therapeutic, rehabilitation services and special needs programming for active seniors and those with special needs that improve their health and wellness, keep them connected and give a sense of ‘belonging’ in our diverse community.
• A public regional scale aquatics facility with an inclusive family friendly leisure pool, a dedicated warm-water Learn to Swim and fitness 25 yard pool, an Olympic size competition pool, a warm water wellness/therapy pool and complimentary dry side amenities like a gym, workout facilities, meeting rooms and configurable spaces that were accessible to everyone of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
