Meghna Deswal

Meghna Deswal has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Meghna started their career in 2006 as an HR Associate at Quantum HR Solutions and later worked as an IT Associate at 7n India. In 2010, they joined E2 Solutions and Pensa Media as an Assistant Manager HR. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Manager Human Resources at Teramatrix Technologies. Then, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Globetouch from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Meghna holds the position of Director - HR at SplashLearn, where they have previously held roles as Associate Director - HR and Manager - HR.

Meghna Deswal holds an MBA degree in Human Resource from IBS Hyderabad, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, studying from 2002 to 2006.
