Joseph Khalifa

Joseph Khalifa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support, marketing, and digital media. Currently serving as a Training Specialist and Lead Technical Support Engineer at Splashtop Inc. since February 2020, Joseph has been responsible for onboarding new support team members and updating internal documentation. In addition to technical roles, Joseph has held positions as Marketing Director and Social Media Manager with the Sacramento Mandarins, where responsibilities included shaping organizational branding and media strategy. Joseph also works as a Digital Media Specialist for San Jose State University and California State University-Sacramento, focusing on developing creative assets for marching bands. With prior experience in customer service roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Fry's Electronics, Joseph Khalifa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from San Jose State University.
