Lei Yang

Lei Yang is a seasoned venture capital professional and board member with extensive experience in the technology and microelectronics sectors. Since March 2022, Lei serves as a Founding Partner at Particle Future, alongside positions as a board member at multiple companies including ThunderSoft, LuxCreo, and 黑芝麻智能科技有限公司. An investor in Diamond Foundry and Splashtop Inc., Lei has a history of early-stage venture investments through Northern Light Venture Capital, where a partnership began in February 2010. Previous roles include a Principal position at VantagePoint Venture Partners and an Associate Partner role at McKinsey & Company. Lei holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Peking University.
