Tim Del Chiaro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim started their career at Borland Software Corporation in 1990, where they worked in various roles including Customer Service Representative, Team Lead, Customer Service Manager, and Product Marketing Manager. During their time at Borland, Tim played a significant role in expanding the market share for Borland JBuilder and ensuring the on-time delivery of C++ and C++Builder products.

After leaving Borland, Tim joined CodeGear as a Product Marketing Manager before moving on to Embarcadero Technologies, where they held the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager and later became the Director of Field Marketing for North America. At Embarcadero, they were responsible for marketing programs, messaging, promotions, SKU management, and business analysis for the Embarcadero family of software development tools.

Here, they successfully implemented social media strategies, resulting in a significant increase in web sessions and doubled social contributed revenue within the first six months. Tim Del Chiaro earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in March 2016.
