Joel Gavin

Joel Gavin has a well-rounded work experience in the collections and credit management field. Joel is currently serving as the Head of Collections at Splend since January 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Capify Australia from December 2017 to January 2021. Joel also worked as the Collections Manager at Capify from March 2017 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Credit Manager at Nilfisk-Advance Australia/NZ from May 2016 to October 2016. Before that, they worked as a Team Leader at Baycorp Advantage from July 2011 to May 2016 and as a Team Performance Manager at Credit Corp Group from February 2005 to July 2011. Joel started their career as a Collections Officer at Shield Mercantile from January 2004 to February 2005, where they demonstrated excellent customer service skills and received awards for their high performance.

Joel Gavin attended Erskine Park High School from 1991 to 1997, where they completed their high school education. In 2008, they enrolled in the Australian College of Commerce and Management and obtained a Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Joel continued their education at the same college in 2012, completing a Certificate III in Financial Services.
