Most companies that put real money into AI can't point to much that's really changed. This isn't a technology problem. It's a how-people-work-together problem. AI just accelerates whatever's already there.

Using AI makes the cracks visible. But the cracks were always there.

Splendid Torch helps principled leaders build organizations that can actually use AI. We work on the operational and cultural layer where AI's impact really lands — across the five dimensions where adaptation lives or dies: governance, strategy, operations, enablement, and culture, which holds it all together.

We're a small collective of senior practitioners from different disciplines who use AI deeply in our own work. We do the work in the room, alongside your leadership team — not as a deck handed over at the end.

If you've invested in AI and your organization hasn't changed because of it, let's talk. splendidtor.ch
