Kelly Cota

Kelly Cota is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in retail management. Currently at Splendid, a division of VF Corporation since May 2015, Kelly has previously held significant roles, including Managing Director at Lacoste and District Training Manager at Lucky Brand Jeans, where a focus on training, motivation, and accountability led to the successful turnaround of underperforming stores. Beginning as Operations Manager at Stitches Uniforms, Kelly demonstrated strong leadership in overseeing operations and sales, and in developing training programs. Education includes an Associate's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from FIDM, with current studies at Cerritos College.
