Shellane Holgado

Shellane Holgado has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of art direction and graphic design. Shellane began their career as a Graphic Designer at Papyrus, where they designed invitations, motifs, and monograms for the Custom Printing department. Shellane then moved on to work at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. | Pottery Barn Brands, where they served as a Special Projects Graphic Designer, providing design support for internal clients and managing all phases of design. After that, they joined Lucky Brand as a Senior Web Designer, creating web graphics and refreshing designs each season. Holgado then became an Art Director at Hanna Andersson, where they were responsible for developing seasonal catalogs and overseeing art direction. Shellane also worked at Ella Moss, Splendid & 7 for All Mankind as an Art Director, where they executed visual elements for seasonal campaigns and planned photo shoots. Prior to their current role, they worked as a self-employed Art Director and Designer, providing print and digital services to various clients. In their current position as a Senior Art Director at Splendid, a contemporary lifestyle brand, they continue to showcase their creativity and expertise in art direction.

Shellane Holgado completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Graphic Communication from San Francisco State University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Pinole Valley High School from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained their high school diploma. Shellane also holds additional certifications in Adobe XD CC Essential Training: Design and Adobe XD Essential Training: Prototype and Share, which were obtained from Lynda.com in August 2018.
