Clay Davis is an operations and leadership professional with over 30 years of experience in Texas education, currently transitioning into the private sector. They have served as a teacher, coach, and administrator, leading athletic programs and managing team operations while fostering cultures of trust and accountability. Currently, Clay holds the position of Assistant Principal and Operations Leader at Splendora ISD, overseeing a campus with over 923 students and 80 staff members. In addition, they are a public speaker, sharing insights on resilience and leadership inspired by personal experiences. Clay obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and is pursuing further qualifications in Athletic Administration.
