Scott Spinetti

Scott Spinetti has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and operations. Scott started their career at NEC Corporation of America, Inc. as a Desktop Support Technician, providing primary support for 100 local employees and phone support for over 1200 remote employees. Scott then joined Brocade, where they served as a Desktop technician/IT Coordinator, managing software licensing, hardware inventory, and providing level 1-2 support. At Spring Education Group, Scott worked as an IT Administrator, supporting multiple campuses in the Bay Area with hardware and software troubleshooting, server maintenance, and ticket management. Currently, they work at Splice as an Information Technology Operations Engineer. Overall, Scott has extensive experience in providing IT support, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in various organizations.

Scott Spinetti has a diverse education history with a focus on information technology. Scott obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a certificate program in Network Administration at Careers for Business and Technology from 2000 to 2001, specializing in computer networking.

In 1996, Scott earned an Associate of Arts degree in Spanish from Gavilan College, where they studied general education and Spanish. Before college, they graduated from San Benito High School in 1992, receiving a high school diploma with a general education curriculum.

Scott has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their IT knowledge and skills. Scott completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate Specialization from Coursera in April 2019. In the same year, they obtained the IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts certification from Coursera. Scott also completed several other Coursera courses related to system administration, IT infrastructure services, operating systems, computer networking, and technical support fundamentals between 2018 and 2019.
