Stephan Mengel is an experienced campaign manager with a strong background in media buying and office administration. Currently serving as a Campaign Manager at Splicky since March 2015, Stephan previously held several roles at Sponsormob / Mobile Space Ltd., including Senior Media Buying Manager and Media Buying Manager, starting in May 2010.
