Ruslan Drobitko

Ruslan Drobitko is a seasoned Chief Officer currently working with Spliethoff and BigLift, with extensive experience in managing diverse crews and cargo operations on various vessel types over the last 14 years. Having previously held positions with prominent companies such as Chevron, Saipem, and Hansa Heavy Lift, they have developed a strong background in safety management, project planning, and crew training. Ruslan also served as a teacher-instructor at Kherson State Maritime Academy and the Kherson Maritime Specialized Training Centre, focusing on topics such as crane handling and heavy lift operations. They hold multiple degrees in maritime studies from Kherson State Maritime Academy and Kherson State Maritime Institute.
