Laura Aveni

Laura Aveni is the Head of Talent Acquisition at SPLIGHT since April 2021. Previously, Laura held the title of Gerente de Recursos Humanos at DISTROCUYO SA from 2004 to January 2021. Laura is a graduate from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo with a degree in Licenciada en Administracion and a Master of Business Administration - MBA. Laura has expertise in advising the company's board, leading agile teams, applying agile methodologies to HR, talent attraction, internal communication, and execution of plans.
