Caroline Mack

Caroline Mack has over 8 years of work experience, starting with a Capitol Hill Internship for Congressman Chris Van Hollen (MD) in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as an International Development Intern for the Wheelchair Foundation and a Business Development and Investment Analyst for InnoSpring, Inc. In 2014, they worked as a Digital Marketing Associate at Viator (APAC) and a Business Development Associate at Viator (APAC) for TripAdvisor. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Apps Revenue Growth Associate for Google, and then as a Mobile Revenue Growth Manager for DocuSign. In 2018, they worked as a Product Manager, Growth for Tencent Africa. In 2021, they worked as an Advisor, Product Growth for Speechify. Finally, from 2020 to 2023, they worked as a Group Product Lead, Subscription Growth, Senior Product Manager, Pro Growth, and Product Manager, Trials & Retention Growth for Canva, and is currently working as a VP for Spline.

Caroline Mack obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Wake Forest University in 2015, majoring in Economics and Chinese with Honors. In 2013-2014, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at NYU Shanghai. In 2019-2020, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from INSEAD.
