Albert Roy

Albert Roy has had a long and varied career. In 2021, they joined Splinterlands as a Support Manager, supervising the tech support department, collaborating with product owners to launch new products, and gathering customer feedback. Prior to that, they worked at NovaSterilis from 2008-2021 as a Laboratory Technician, where they developed and implemented the Quality Control program, conducted data mining, and prepared rough drafts of reports for the Director of Research. Before that, they worked as a Senior Tech Support at Splinterlands, where they served as a subject matter expert and updated internal and external databases with information about technical issues.

Albert Roy attended Ithaca College from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Tompkins Cortland Community College from 2008 to 2010, earning an Associates in Biotechnology, Business, Math & Science.
