Donna Dykes

Donna Dykes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donna began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Montgomery Landscape Contractors from 1997 to 2000, where they effectively handled correspondences, invoicing, bid preparation, and served as an assistant to the company's President and Vice President.

From 2001 to 2005, Donna worked as a Church & Financial Secretary at King Springs Baptist Church, where they were responsible for various office duties, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and year-end reporting. Additionally, they aided in the preparation of weekly bulletins, letters, and flyers for church use.

Donna then moved on to Pickett's Mill Baptist Church, where they served as an Office and Financial Administrator from 2006 to 2019. In this role, they managed accounts payable and receivable, payroll, year-end reporting, and acted as an office administrator. Donna also supervised volunteers and played a key role in event planning and implementation.

In 2019, Donna joined Altruis Accounting Firm as a Firm Administrator. Their responsibilities included handling accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, office administration, managing vendor accounts, and assembling tax returns for preparation and delivery. Donna worked at the firm until April 2022.

From 2021 to 2022, Donna worked as an Administrative Assistant at Ampt Electric. In this capacity, they oversaw crew scheduling, created estimates and invoices using the Joist invoicing system, and compiled payroll for processing.

Currently, Donna holds the position of Bookkeeper at Splinterlands, where they started working in March 2022. Their main duties involve recording all journal entries into Quickbooks Online, reconciling monthly bank statements for multiple accounts (including PayPal and crypto), and handling payroll.

Donna Dykes attended George C Wallace State Community College from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Biology.
