Customer Success Team Leader at Splio

Céline Maarek has extensive work experience in customer success management, CRM management, and marketing. Céline is currently working as a Customer Success Team Leader at Splio since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Splio from April 2021 to March 2022.

From May 2020 to April 2021, Céline was the Head of Customer Experience & Care at My Jolie candle. Before that, they held the position of Head of CRM at My Jolie candle from December 2018 to June 2020.

Céline also worked at Pierre et Vacances Center Parcs Group as the Head of Customer Value Center Parcs Europe from September 2017 to November 2018. Céline started their career at the company as a CRM Manager from January 2015 to September 2017.

Céline gained experience in CRM management at ETAM from August 2014 to January 2015 and at Allianz from September 2012 to August 2014.

Céline has also worked as a Marketing Assistant - MALTE at Anteprima Brands Limited in July and August 2013. Céline additionally served as a Merchandiser - Florida at The Walt Disney Company from June to August 2012.

Céline'searly work experience includes a sales role at Bowlcenter from April to July 2011.

Céline Maarek has a Grade Master degree in Marketing from OMNES Education. Céline also completed their secondary education at IUT Cergy, where they received a DUT Techniques de Commercialisation. Additionally, they completed a management training program called Ignition Program.
